Daily Workout: These traditional group classes include a skill based warm-up, skill or strength work, group instruction and the Workout of the Day. All portions of the class are guided by a coach who will ensure every member in the class is utilizing proper technique and weight.
Specialty Classes: TakeOver Athletics offers specialized programs for athletes interested in endurance, strength or are seeking advanced proficiency in movements. Specialty classes include; MetCon 30 (30-minute metabolic conditioning), Flex Functional Bodybuiding, Olympic Weightlifting, weekly yoga and more.
